Loaded Wichita
The Loaded Wichita offset smoker takes our three most popular options and makes them standard features: cooking door counterweight, heat management plate & 2nd level slide-out shelf. Pitmasters have plenty of room to work as this format boasts over 1600 square inches of total cooking surface. Handcrafted with precision, the Wichita’s dual-damper draft control system helps manage that perfect balance of heat and thin blue smoke, making a quick pitmaster out of backyard cooks and taking seasoned pitmasters to the next level.
Kingman
Is the quality of your barbecue increasing the size of your gatherings? The Kingman offset smoker is sized to make light work out of preparing unbelievable smoke infused meats for crowds of 100 and more. The key is the Kingman’s consistent heat management characteristics, which efficiently draws heat and smoke from the offset firebox. Adding to the Kingman’s competition-grade status is an extensive list of standard features including a cooking door counterweight, dual door temperature gauges, Heat Management Plate, top slide out shelf and a firebox grill grate. The Kingman is at home working commercial catering, competing in BBQ competitions or rolling smoke in the backyard with friends.
Durango 20
For gatherings of 50 or more, the Durango 20″ provides up to 2,681 total inches of cooking surface: 342 square inches of direct grilling surface in the firebox, 1,235 square inches of horizontal indirect grilling surface and 1,104 square inches (4 shelves @ 276 square inches each) of slow smoking surface in the vertical chamber.
Quickly achieve 700 degrees for searing steak, 400 degrees for indirect grilling, 200 – 250 degrees for barbecuing or down to 150 degrees for slow smoking and warming. Yes, it’s that versatile. Remove the top rack(s) in the vertical chamber and gain access to the Durango’s hanging bar for hanging your favorite slow smoking foods. As with all Yoder products, the heavy ¼ inch steel construction and efficient air flow management system produce blue ribbon results, with minimal effort.
